3) Feature Sheets

On-line (web based) as well as on paper. Professionally designed by Lyle’s own staff of graphic designers, this amazing feature sheet will show your home off in full colour. Our feature sheets include pictures of your beautiful home with a floor plan and it is professionally designed and printed. These are made available to buyers and agents inspecting the home and are full of all the valuable information about your home so that all their questions are answered. Our feature sheets are also sent to all local agents to ensure they know about the listing.

4) Virtual Tour

Each property that Lyle lists for sale will have it's own custom virtual tour. He attaches the video to the MLS listing and he prepares a special e-mail for his clients and area Realtors©, including photos and a link to the virtual tour and a detailed online feature sheet, including a complete floor plan.

Lyle lists your home on the Multiple Listing Service for no extra cost. This exposes your home to thousands of real estate representatives and their prospective buyers. Most often houses are sold by other Realtors who represent qualified buyers seriously looking at any given time for a home.

You are working with a premiere real estate brokerage Keller Williams Realty. The distinctive and easily recognized For Sale Sign will be placed on your front lawn shortly after the MLS listing is signed. The sign is very important as it helps advertise your property to potential buyers who may be driving or walking by. Your neighbours may also know other people (friends, colleagues) who may be interested in buying.

7) Listing Publication and Agents Open House

In order to achieve maximum exposure among the real estate agent community, Lyle holds an Agents Open House which really helps get the word out there.
